[size=2]2、揉好的面团团加盖湿布放温暖处发面,这个天1个小时应该就发好了,我把面丢厨房忘了,结果看完电视剧结束发现都2个多小时了。。。发成蜂窝状就行咯,忘了拍片片了。。干面粉撒些在砧板上,把面揉成团。

[size=2] 发面的东东这还是真正意义上的第一次做,卷的时候还好,蒸好了有点散,嘿嘿。。还有就是感觉蒸出来的卷卷上面有一些类似汽泡的洞洞,不知道为什么会这样,有发面高手来教教偶哈[/size] 食神驾到~诸神退散
